Jianjing Dynamics | Youth Ignites New Flames, Children’s Hands Paint a New World — A Record of Jianjing Consulting’s 2025 "Blue Blood Ignites New Flam
"Where sunlight fails to reach, youth thrives just the same." Midsummer sunlight filtered through the lecture hall windows, weaving golden patterns on the floor. On July 30, 2025, Jianjing Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. kicked off its "Blue Blood Ignites New Flames · Children’s Hearts Create the Future" themed event. This four-hour celebration paid tribute to youthful vitality, celebrated children’s creativity, and vividly embodied Jianjing’s "family culture."


To honor young employees who embody "loyalty, integrity, responsibility, and innovation," the Communist Youth League of Jianjing launched the 2025 "Blue Blood Top 10" Outstanding Youth Selection. Guided by Xi Jinping’s thoughts on youth work, the initiative aimed to cultivate a new generation of Jianjing youth with patriotism, innovation, and a sense of responsibility.

- Loyalty: Devotion to the country, enterprise, and family; alignment with corporate culture.
- Integrity: Upholding ethics, avoiding misconduct, and practicing frugality.
- Responsibility: Taking ownership of key tasks, driving cross-departmental collaboration, and engaging in team development.
- Innovation: Proposing cost-saving or process-optimization solutions; exceeding performance targets.
- Nomination Phase (April 25–27, 2025): Candidates were recommended by branches or self-nominated.
- Evaluation Phase (April 28–30, 2025): A panel scored candidates based on the four criteria.
- Public Announcement Phase (May 1–4, 2025): Results were 公示 (publicized) for oversight.

- Honors: Certificates, trophies, and cash prizes.
- Development Support: Priority in promotions, inclusion in the talent pool, and opportunities to join the "Excellent Corporate Culture Lecture Group."
- Political Recognition: Priority recommendation for Party membership and local People’s Congress or CPPCC roles.


Hosts Huang Haipeng and Yan Tingting opened the event, emphasizing its dual focus: celebrating youth role models and children’s creativity. Distinguished guests included Jianjing’s Party Secretary Huang Zhiting, Executive Deputy General Manager Wu Hengyu, and heads of key departments.

36 children were recognized in painting and talent categories, grouped by age (3–6, 7–11, 12–14).

The 10 Gold Award winners shared their journeys, embodying "loyalty, integrity, responsibility, and innovation":
- Xu Qing (Hangzhou Branch): Grew from a novice to lead Changsha Metro Line 4, crediting Jianjing’s "Blue Whale & Red Eagle Training Camps" for skill development.

- Zhang Yingjia (Investment & Strategy Research Department): Transitioned from cost consulting to integrated project management, emphasizing alignment of personal growth with corporate strategy.

- Zuo Jianhui (Yiwu Branch): Optimized 3,440-page reports to 2,396 pages, saving 30% in printing costs, and developed templates to train new staff.

- Ding An (Beijing Branch): Led urgent audits for "Belt and Road" projects, promoting paperless work to uphold integrity.

- Li Siting (Headquarters Digital Center): Ensured data accuracy for digital systems, even troubleshooting remotely during vacations.

Young winners showcased paintings of "breathable buildings" and "green streets," reflecting Jianjing’s focus on barrier-free environments and carbon neutrality. Highlights included:
- 5-year-old Wu Haoxuan’s eco-friendly building design.
- 13-year-old Hu Chenxi’s 3D transportation network.
- 11-year-old Ke Qingwen’s award-winning "five-element colored steamed buns" cooking demonstration.


Chairwoman Wang Qin called for:
- Parents: Prioritizing quality time and fostering harmonious family cultures.
- The Company: Creating child-friendly spaces, organizing parenting workshops, and supporting community 公益 (public welfare).
- Children: Staying curious, respecting others, and prioritizing safety.
